To thank you for your cooperation regarding the maintenance, the following items have been sent to your Post.

■ Regarding issues found in the event “Halloween of Darkness and Desire (First Half)”

  • Some users experienced crashes during daily bonus festival, after which, they become unable to complete the bonus festival at all.
  • The upgrade stones received from “New Owner Support L Pack (POW)” and “New Owner Support XL Pack (POW)” were STM instead of POW.
  • Users were unable to collect "Amateur Watermelons" from their post if the amount exceeded 999.

In regard to the above matter, it was fixed during the maintenance on the 2020/11/04 (Wed) 05:30 ~ 12:30 UTC. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

■ Measures taken with regard to the issue

  • For certain users, the daily bonus festival will always crash and as result they are unable to complete the festival.
Users affected by the above mentioned issue shall receive the following items as compensation. (Compensation will be sent on 11/05 (Thu))
  • 100FP Refill Drink × 7
  • Unlock POW Stone (M) × 35
  • Unlock TEC Stone (M) × 35
  • Unlock STM Stone (M) × 35
  • The upgrade stones received from “New Owner Support L Pack (POW)” and “New Owner Support XL Pack (POW)” were STM instead of POW.
Users affected by the above mentioned issue shall receive the following items as compensation corresponding to the pack purchased. (Compensation will be sent on 11/05 (Thu))

  • Unlock POW Stone (M) × 30
  • Unlock POW Stone (L) × 15
  • Upgrade POW Stone (XL) × 10
    New Owner Support L Pack (POW)
  • Unlock POW Stone (M) × 10

  • Upgrade POW Stone (XL) × 3
  • Users were unable to collect "Amateur Watermelons" from their post if the amount exceeded 999.
The above issue will be addressed as follows:
  • The holding limit of the “Amateur Watermelon” has been increased to 9999.
