- Items drop more often than normal in “Daily Festivals.”
■ An Apology regarding the 3rd Venus Photo Contest
Thank you very much for playing “DEAD OR ALIVE Xtreme Venus Vacation.”
We have reassessed the winning entries of the 3rd Venus Photo Contest after it was brought to our attention by a user that two of the submitted entries incorporated collaboration accessories, violating the entry requirements.
After consideration, we have decided to remove the rule-violating entries.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the lack of thorough verification during the evaluation process.
In accordance with the removal, Sexy Rank 2nd, 3rd, 4th will be moved up 1 rank to Sexy Rank 1st, 2nd, 3rd respectively.
The affected players will have the difference in V Stone winnings, if any, sent to their post.
If there is a difference in winnings, the difference will be sent to the affected players’ posts.
Otherwise, only the works’ description will be updated on the website.
The bringing forward of ranking will not occur for the other ranks.
As this was due to our own negligence, we will not rescind the V Stones that have already been sent out to the players.
For the affected Deco-bromides available from the “Slight Pink Color” event, the names and images will be updated to reflect the changes in ranking.
* No changes will be made to the abilities or skills of the affected Deco-bromides.
As an apology for the inconvenience caused to all participants, we will send 5,000 Free V Stones to all entrants of the 3rd Venus Photo Contest, excluding winners and those eligible for the compensation above. This will be sent to each affected players’ Post after the maintenance on May 19 (Thu).
Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
We will strive to improve the processes involved to ensure that this does not happen again.

■ About action taken against accounts found to have violated EULA
With regard to accounts found to have violated the End User License Agreement, we have suspended the privileges of the accounts in question on 2022/05/19 (Thu) 04:30 UTC.Related Clause：

(vii) Use of software or devices with automated tools and the like (tools intended to automate play for the purpose of gaining experience values, money, or other in-game points) not approved by the Company

Countermeasures：
1. Regarding accounts to be taken measures against for the first time
For the purpose of allowing all players to safely enjoy their gaming experience, all parties are hereby reminded that any future disruptions, including but not limited to actions in violation of the EULA will also be dealt with severely without any prior notice or warning. - Privilege to play the game will be suspended for one (1) week.
- Privilege to play the game will be suspended for fifty (50) days.
- These accounts will be regarded the same as all parties who disagree with the terms set out by the End User License Agreement, hence all privileges to play the game will therefore be indefinitely suspended.
- All accounts with game play privileges suspended will not be included in Star Ranking entries.
- All accounts with game play privileges suspended will not be given any Ranking rewards.
This is a sincere request for all players to continue following the terms and conditions as set forth inside the End User License Agreement.
