An error has occurred in Star Ranking beginning the week of 2019/04/01.

■ Explanation of Error
The calculation for Star Ranking was not executed correctly.
As a result, depending on certain conditions the following symptoms may occur:

- Appeal points obtained between Sunday 19:00 UTC and Monday 1859 UTC were not included in the Star Ranking reset calculation
- Star Ranking reset timing occurs at Monday 19:00 UTC, which was an error
■ About Error Correction
The following fix will be implemented.
In order to fix the error, we will still be resetting the Star Ranking at 12/16 (Monday).
To normalise Star Ranking reset calculations, the next Star Ranking reset will occur on Sunday 19:00 UTC.
In relation to the above mentioned, VIP Points Shop and Weekly Missions will now also be reset on every Sunday at 19:00 UTC after 2019/12/17 (Tue) Maintenance.
In order to fix the error, we will still be resetting the Star Ranking at 12/16 (Monday).
To normalise Star Ranking reset calculations, the next Star Ranking reset will occur on Sunday 19:00 UTC.
In relation to the above mentioned, VIP Points Shop and Weekly Missions will now also be reset on every Sunday at 19:00 UTC after 2019/12/17 (Tue) Maintenance.
